If you are confident, self-motivated, results-oriented and love being paid for exceeding sales goals, this is the ideal job for you.

This role is perfect for those looking for full time and part-time opportunities. We are open 7 days a week and offer flexible shifts.

• We believe you deserve to earn $18-$22+/hour for great performance. So, we pay $15 base plus commission, incentives and bonuses. For those that meet goals, this averages over $22 per hour!

Here's a sampling of what you will do:

• Be a Brand Ambassador by engaging with guests the moment they arrive in the center
• Build relationships with guests to keep them coming back
• Manage the flow of the center by booking guest reservations and checking guests in/out
• Educate guests on the benefits of waxing and saving money with Wax Passes
• Participate in local marketing efforts including street teams and community events

Here’s what you need to bring to the table:

• A genuine desire to provide guests with great service.
• A consistently awesome attitude.
• A history of excellent attendance.
• Minimum one year sales experience
• High School diploma
• Evening and weekend availability, because that’s when we’re busy.
• Prior sales experience with EWC, Massage Envy, Orange Theory, Club Pilates or other front desk membership sales is a plus!
