Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm

Salary: $45,000 - $50,000

Experience: 1-5 Years

We’re seeking a proactive and organized team member to support our sales and customer service efforts in the aerospace and automotive sectors. This role involves managing communications, tracking sales leads, and coordinating customer visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support managers, staff, and customers with organization and communication tasks
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Manage sales leads and interactions via CRM (preferably Oracle)
• Respond to product inquiries by phone/email
• Coordinate on-site customer visits
• Use tools to improve workflow efficiency

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Strong communication and computer skills
• Proficient in MS Office and social media
• Manufacturing experience is a strong plus
