Job Description

Upscale Club Happy Hour Manager needed for growing Restaurant Group in the Miami area. The right candidates needs to possess a strong passion for customer service, be upbeat, personable, and have a genuine love for hospitality. Additionally, like to work in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to build a book.

Experience:

3 years minimum Restaurant Manager, Bar Manager, or Club Manager Experience
Strong leadership qualities and ability to capture a patronage
Adept working understanding of P and L's, budgeting, ordering, inventory, and training.
Servant leader mentality
Scratch kitchen experience a plus
5-20$ million in annual revenue
