Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Boca Raton, Florida. This is a long-term contract position requiring a hands-on approach to managing recruitment processes in a dynamic, high-volume environment. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in creative sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume requisitions, ensuring timely placement of candidates with relevant experience.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using creative strategies and effective engagement techniques.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide tailored recruiting solutions.
• Draft and extend offer letters, negotiating terms with candidates as needed.
• Utilize Workable or similar applicant tracking systems to maintain organized and efficient recruitment workflows.
• Recruit for marketing and creative roles, including brand, content, and social media positions.
• Maintain a strong onsite presence at the Boca Raton office, collaborating effectively with internal teams.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Demonstrate adaptability and resourcefulness in a fast-paced environment.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.

• 1–3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a staffing agency or fast-paced environment.

• Proven ability to recruit for marketing and creative roles, including brand, content, and social media.

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems.

• Strong communication and time management skills to manage high-volume workloads.

• Sales-oriented mindset with a resourceful approach to recruiting challenges.

• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and maintain attention to detail.

• Experience drafting and negotiating offer letters.

• Confidence in engaging candidates and closing offers successfully.
