Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our international finance team. The ideal candidate will have solid international accounting experience, be comfortable working in a multicultural environment, and have hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics or NetSuite. Chinese language skills (Mandarin preferred) are a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations including AP/AR, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Work with Microsoft Dynamics for financial data management and reporting
Handle multi-currency and cross-border transactions
Ensure compliance with international accounting standards and local regulations
Support audits, budgeting, and forecasting
Collaborate with onboard and shore-based teams across multiple regions
Requirements:
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Proven international accounting experience
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics (required)
Fluent in English; Chinese language skills strongly preferred
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the river cruise, maritime, or hospitality industry
CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification
Ability to work effectively across different cultures and time zones
