Responsibilities
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

Drive new revenue through the sales of services to MDUs and Single-Family neighborhoods.

Create and present presentations to secure long term agreements with MDUs and Single-Family units.

Develop relationships with C-Level suite of local and national developers, builders, CAMs, and Property Management groups.

Extensive daily travel within the company footprint to find and meet with new developments and existing communities in need of fiber services.

Negotiate complex Right of Entry and contract agreements.

Attend multiple events and trade shows.

Contribute to various projects working with minimal supervision, including aiding other departments and team members, as directed.
Qualifications – The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Vital interest in contributing to the success of the department's and company's goals and strategic vision.
- Competency and experience in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Dynamics CRM.
- Ability to quickly learn proprietary software and work with cloud-based and mobile technology.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to adapt existing processes to new, improved systems.
- Excellent organizational skills, time management, initiative, attention to detail, accuracy, and follow through with proficiency to exercise independent judgment, as needed.
- Exceptional customer service skills with an ability to identify customer requirements, determine the appropriate solution, and continually exceed customer expectations through ongoing account management and engagement upholding the company's service excellence standards.
- Ability to multi-task and accomplish priorities with minimal supervision in fast-paced environment with structure, focus, and determination.
- Ability to establish integral inter-departmental relationships and effectively work cross functionally with other team members at all levels within the organization in a collaborative, positive, and professional manner with uncompromising ethics and integrity.
- Possess a proactive attitude within the team through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
- Understand and demonstrate extreme ownership and accountability of daily sales activities required to achieve set quota.
- Seasoned Telecommunications experience with proven track record in quota driven residential business development and sales.
- Full understanding of financial modeling for MDU and large SFU sales.
- Thorough knowledge of Fiber Internet, GPON, Managed WiFi, and Managed services.
- Effective prospecting and lead generation through cold calling and networking to maintain a high level of opportunities.
- Enthusiastic and compelling sales presence with ability to expertly present solutions to customers and management, providing detailed quotes, while adeptly handling objections and negotiations to close the deal.
Working Conditions
- Hybrid work schedule with in-office/work site and at-home workdays. Schedule may vary depending on business needs.
- Intermittent indoor office working environment with prolonged sitting.
- Outdoor working environment with seasonal heat, cold, and other inclement weather conditions.
- Driving vehicle to/from work sites in a safe and responsible manner during adverse weather conditions, heavy/light traffic.
- Work sites will vary based on customer/prospect and may involve walking on diverse types of terrain, navigating around objects and machinery in construction areas, etc.
Other Requirements
- Successful and quantifiable track record with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a quota driven residential MDU and Single-Family business development and sales role.
- Relevant experience in Central Florida market with residential and MDU communities, a plus.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
