Capital Prime Lending, a fast-growing hard money lending firm in Miami, is looking for a motivated Junior Loan Processor to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and excited to grow within the lending and real estate finance space.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in gathering and reviewing borrower documentation
- Coordinate with borrowers, investors, and internal team members
- Prepare files for underwriting and ensure accuracy of all information
- Track timelines and follow up on outstanding conditions
- Support the senior processing team with day-to-day workflow
What We’re Looking For
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of lending or real estate is a plus, but not required
Eager to learn, reliable, and proactive
