Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the cornerstone of our customer interaction, ensuring that each client receives exemplary service and support. As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information to our customers with professionalism and efficiency.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and applications, including CRM software.
