“Daley” is seeking candidates for an entry-level Recruiting Associate position located in our downtown Boston, MA headquarters. The ideal candidate will be a motivated and ambitious professional looking to gain “end to end” recruiting and account management experience. Our team of recruiters are high-energy and goal oriented professionals eager to provide would-class staffing services to our clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree

• 1-2 yeas of customers services / sales experience

• Exceptional communication skills - written and verbal

• Well versed in social media and technology applications

• High-energy and Self-directed

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Ability to make a daily outbound sales and recruiting calls

• Willingness to meet with clients and candidates daily.
