Title: Tax Manager
Location: Tampa, FL (on-site)
Salary: $155,000 - $180,000 + 10-15% annual bonus
Requirements: Must have ASC 740 Experience
What You Will Be Doing
This role leads the quarterly and annual income tax provision process under ASC 740 for both U.S. and international entities, including preparing workpapers, managing book-tax differences, and supporting financial disclosures. It also oversees federal, state, and international tax compliance, coordinates audits, and ensures adherence to SOX controls.
This is a high-visibility role with exposure to international tax, M&A transactions, and global standards like Pillar 2. The position plays a key role in strategic tax planning, M&A support, and identifying process improvements. Additionally, it manages operational tax areas such as sales/use tax, property tax, and regulatory filings.
What You Need for this Position
- 7-10+ years of tax experience
- BS Degree or Master's in Accounting/Finance or CPA required
- ASC 740 Experience Required
- Experience with Avalara, Corptax, BNA, and more preferred
