Retail Event Operations Associates are the front line of Fanatics’ event retail experience. You’ll support set-up, breakdown, logistics, and sales of Fanatics merchandise locations while delivering an exceptional fan experience.

How You’ll Make an Impact
- Deliver outstanding customer service and represent the Fanatics brand with professionalism
- Support event retail set-up and breakdown
- Assist with sales transactions using Fanatics POS systems
- Stock and organize merchandise and supplies
- Help load and unload merchandise trucks
- Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked retail environments
- Support inventory counts when needed
- Create a fun, energetic environment for fans and teammates
- Assist onsite Retail Event Management as directed
What You Bring
- Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States
- Experience in retail, merchandise, or event/venue environments preferred
- Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Basic math skills (handling cash and transactions)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain consistent attendance
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-energy event settings

Schedule & Commitment
