Job DescriptionI’m looking for a savvy email-marketing professional to turn our scattered ideas into a polished newsletter that keeps our existing customers coming back for more. We are a plastic surgery practice and have been in business for over 20 years performing cosmetic surgery in Miami.

The primary goal is simple: informative updates that feel useful, not salesy. I need a partner who can translate our brand voice into clear, engaging copy, wrap it in a responsive HTML template, and make sure it renders perfectly in Outlook, Gmail, and mobile apps.

Here’s what I’d like from you:
• Quick wins to boost open and click-through rates.
• Design a clean, reusable template—logo, colour palette, image blocks, and footer ready for GDPR / CAN-SPAM compliance.
• Write and lay out the first edition, complete with attention-grabbing subject line, preview text, and two CTA buttons.
• Provide a three-month content calendar so I can plan upcoming issues; feel free to weave in company news, tips, tutorials, or customer stories where they fit best.
• Supply two templates per month in Flodesk or other similar software such as IContact or a standalone HTML file.

I’m happy to share brand guidelines, recent email newsletters and audience stats the moment we kick off. Must be able to create email blasts.

*Ability to create graphics and email templates. Design images for both print and web design.
