We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Boca Raton, Florida. This is a Contract position ideal for individuals with sales experience, whether in retail or call centers. The role requires strong communication skills and a self-motivated approach to managing tasks independently.
Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound calls from a diverse range of customers, including both national and non-national accounts.
• Manage work orders.
• Utilize systems such as Facility Source, Comfort Systems, and Direct Supply to process customer requests.
• Create dispatches.
• Participate in comprehensive training sessions, including one-on-one mentoring and video tools, to master account-specific procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and maintain high-quality service standards.
• Adapt to evolving workflows and demonstrate reliability in self-managed environments.
• Transition to remote work, contingent upon proven proficiency and dependability in the role.
• Previous experience in sales, such as inside sales, retail, or call center roles.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse customer types.
• Proficiency in using customer platforms and systems to manage work orders.
• Adept at learning and applying new processes through structured training programs.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable and consistent in delivering high-quality service.
• Capability to adapt to office-based work initially, with potential for remote work based on performance.
• Familiarity with dispatching and rental processes is a plus.
