About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of records, timely processing of invoices, and maintaining strong communication with both customers and vendors. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Enter data accurately into the system

Process and pay vendor invoices in a timely manner

Set up and maintain contract details in the company system

Track deadlines and ensure compliance with terms

Communicate with customers and vendors to resolve billing or payment inquiries

Support overall bookkeeping and processes as needed
Qualifications

Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a related role

Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy

Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Office Workspace tools
