Key Responsibilities
Regulatory & Licensing Coordination
- Track and manage state licenses, renewals, appointments, and registrations
- Maintain compliance calendars and ensure all deadlines are met
- Monitor carrier appointment status and related documentation
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready compliance records
Compliance Administration & Documentation
- Maintain internal compliance files, disclosures, and required forms
- Ensure proper use, execution, and retention of compliance documentation
- Assist with updates to internal policies and procedures as regulations change
- Coordinate document execution, storage, and tracking
Audit & Risk Support
- Prepare documentation for state, carrier, payroll, and E&O audits
- Assist with regulatory inquiries and follow-ups under management direction
- Track corrective actions and ensure timely completion
Internal Coordination
- Work closely with operations, HR, accounting, and leadership on compliance matters
- Assist with employee onboarding compliance requirements
- Track continuing education and training requirements where applicable
