Job DescriptionOffice Manager AKA "Rockstar"
Ethos Health Group was founded to change lives locally and save lives globally. We are seeking a Medical Office Manager, AKA Rockstar, focused on helping patients suffering from personal injury accidents and slips and falls, along with some patients who are dealing with Traumatic Brain Injuries. The word “ethos” refers to the underlying culture of a people group or organization. 10% of our profits are donated to charities that feed, clothe, educate, and minister to children worldwide.

We are a fast-paced office looking for someone who likes to stay busy and can multitask with a focus on keeping up with the flow of patients and paperwork. The ideal candidate must be a problem-solver and have an upbeat personality; they would be the first face our patients see here at Ethos. We want to ensure that patients have a great experience at Ethos from start to finish! Our patients depend on us to help them navigate this journey to recovery, which is why we are looking for a compassionate individual who delivers service with a smile.
Phlebotomy would be a plus!
We are looking for someone to join our team Monday through Thursday, 8 am - 6 pm, at our Miami office. Must be Bilingual.
