We are currently seeking to hire a Sales Manager to join our team! The ideal candidate will be a results driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leverages industry contacts, and consistently delivers revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities
- Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team
- Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
- Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
- Report on team and individual performance
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to expand market share
- Leverage existing client relationships to drive immediate business opportunities
- Identify and pursue new accounts across airlines, MROs, and aviation operators
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize profitability while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction
- Collaborates with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and service excellence
- Track market trens and provide insights to leadership for strategic decision making
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in aircraft parts sales or aviation brokerage
- Established book of business with airlines, MROs, and/or aviation operators
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with ability to close deals effectively
- Knowledge of aviation regulations and compliance related to parts sales and distribution
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience as a supervisor or manager
