Accounts Receivable Specialist
This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer payments, resolving discrepancies, balancing cash receipts from daily sales for multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process cash receipt payments and apply them accurately to customer accounts.
- Identify and research payment discrepancies; communicate with customers and sales to resolve issues.
- Balance and reconcile daily cash receipts for all locations.
- Process miscellaneous credits and debit memos.
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Review and record all American Express expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
- Spanish language skills a plus.
