A Private Jet Broker acts as an intermediary between clients and aircraft operators to arrange private jet charters. The role involves understanding client travel needs, sourcing suitable aircraft, negotiating contracts, and ensuring a seamless, luxury travel experience from departure to arrival.
Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation:

Understand client needs, including travel dates, destinations, aircraft preferences, and special requirements.

Provide tailored aviation solutions and recommendations.

Aircraft Sourcing & Quoting:

Identify and secure suitable aircraft from a network of operators.

Obtain competitive quotes and negotiate terms and pricing.

Ensure aircraft availability, safety certifications, and compliance.

Sales & Business Development:

Prospect new clients via cold calls, referrals, or networking.

Maintain and grow relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), corporate clients, and travel partners.

Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Flight Coordination:

Coordinate all logistical details pre- and post-flight (e.g., ground transport, catering, special requests).

Liaise with operators, FBOs (Fixed Base Operators), and other third-party service providers.

Monitor flight status and address any last-minute changes.

Customer Service:

Ensure a premium, concierge-level experience for clients.

Be available 24/7 to manage changes, emergencies, or support during flights.

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.

Knowledge of private aviation, aircraft types, and charter regulations (FAR Part 135 or international equivalents).

High attention to detail and the ability to multitask under pressure.

Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).

Proficiency with CRM tools and quoting platforms (e.g., Avinode).

Bachelor's degree in Business, Aviation Management, or related field preferred.
Work Environment:

May involve irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.

Often based in major cities or business aviation hubs, with occasional travel.
