The Office Manager's responsibility is to provide clerical and administrative support to the operations and finance departments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Answer incoming calls and emails during business hours.
  • Provide client service via phone and email as needed.
  • Schedule upcoming jobs for various departments.
  • Prepare paperwork for upcoming jobs.
  • Assist with coordinating travel for overnight jobs.
  • Assist with employee scheduling as needed.
  • Collect and remit job paperwork to finance department for billing.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and uniforms.
  • Direct office activities to maintain efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Screen resumes for new hires and complete new hire paperwork.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy workspace.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • All areas of customer service.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Administration experience required.
  • Scheduling experience preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and function well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Highly self-motivated.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Must be proficient in English.
  • Prior experience with HubSpot or similar CRM software preferred.

Working Conditions:


Will be required to work in an office located inside a warehouse. Schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Physical Requirements:


Standing, kneeling, crouching, walking, and lifting of objects up to 20 pounds. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working at a computer.
