Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a friendly, creative, and open-minded Office Admin to join our med spa team. This role combines front desk responsibilities with helping us grow on social media.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and handle front desk duties (phones, scheduling, check-ins)
- Assist with office organization and daily support
- Take photos/videos of treatments and client transformations (before/afters)
- Be comfortable both behind the camera (filming/editing) and in front of the camera (simple clips, voiceovers, fun content)
- Post and engage on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
What We’re Looking For:
- Friendly and approachable personality
- Open-minded, creative, and willing to try new ideas
- Comfortable on social media (posting, stories, reels, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of editing apps (Canva, CapCut, or similar) — or willing to learn
- Organized and reliable with office tasks
Location: 2 locations (Sunrise & Davie)
Full-Time
