Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a friendly, creative, and open-minded Office Admin to join our med spa team. This role combines front desk responsibilities with helping us grow on social media.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and handle front desk duties (phones, scheduling, check-ins)
  • Assist with office organization and daily support
  • Take photos/videos of treatments and client transformations (before/afters)
  • Be comfortable both behind the camera (filming/editing) and in front of the camera (simple clips, voiceovers, fun content)
  • Post and engage on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook

What We’re Looking For:

  • Friendly and approachable personality
  • Open-minded, creative, and willing to try new ideas
  • Comfortable on social media (posting, stories, reels, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of editing apps (Canva, CapCut, or similar) — or willing to learn
  • Organized and reliable with office tasks

Location: 2 locations (Sunrise & Davie)
Full-Time
