Shift: Monday–Friday, 12:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.

What You’ll Do
Help keep our production facility clean, safe, and running smoothly.
You’ll be responsible for daily sanitation of equipment, floors, tools, and work areas following USDA and cGMP standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Clean and sanitize floors, drains, conveyors, tools, and utensils using approved chemicals and equipment
• Protect electrical outlets and power boxes during cleaning
• Inspect and document sanitation steps
• Sweep, mop, and remove debris inside and outside the plant
• Follow the Master Sanitation Plan and Good Documentation Practices
• Empty and clean trash receptacles and maintain the waste dock area
• Pick up loose trash in production and break areas
• Execute assigned tasks from the Master Sanitation Schedule
• Learn proper chemical handling and safety procedures
• Support additional cleaning tasks assigned by Leads or Supervisors
• Follow all company policies and safety requirements
What You Bring
• Ability to read and understand procedures
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Detail‑oriented and able to multitask
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
• Bilingual skills a plus, not required
Education & Experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience with GMP or HACCP is helpful but not required
• Basic understanding of OSHA regulations preferred
Work Environment
This role involves:
• Working around moving equipment and mechanical parts
• Wet or humid conditions
• Temperature ranges from -15°ree;F to 100°ree;F
• Exposure to sanitation chemicals and fumes
• Occasional confined‑space work
• Use of pallet jacks, forklifts, and manlifts
Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
• Frequent walking, bending, climbing, kneeling, and reaching
• Good coordination and dexterity
• Ability to meet vision requirements (close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, focus adjustment)
Required PPE
• OSHA‑compliant safety footwear
• Additional PPE provided based on tasks
