Hello we are CSUSA Security, A private Premium Security firm that specializes in private security services for High Profiles, Luxury Buildings and Properties . We are seeking an sales rep for our Fort Lauderdale Region. This is a fun and rewarding position! You must have a vehicle and be ok with prospecting B2B in person and over phone. This is an in office position. We require at least 2 years plus of experience with inside and/or outside sales experience. We give occasional raises along with spiffs and bonuses! You are supported by a great management team and back office that will push you to the top and be there when you need them. We over under promise and over deliver 10x back to clients, with that being said we are looking for only the best to join our award winning team.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services
- Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business and meet sales targets
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities in the assigned territory
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Meet and call prospective clients daily M-F
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to maximize sales opportunities
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inside and outside sales, Minimum 2 Years
- Strong business development skills with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Have a vehicle, Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and competitor activities
- Customer service-oriented with a focus on building long-term relationships
