specialize in sourcing off-market residential properties across Florida —leveraging proprietary marketing, deep seller
relationships, and a proven offer-to-close process that keeps our pipelines full and our earnings uncapped.

What We Offer
Competitive Base + Commissions + Bonus: Hourly $17.50–$19.00 plus uncapped payouts
Endless Lead Flow: Warm, database lead campaigns keep you closing
Weekly Training: One on one coaching, objection handling, and deal structuring

What You’ll Be Doing
Outbound & Inbound Calls: Qualify motivated sellers and re-engage past leads
Property Analysis: Gather condition details, run comps, and determine offer prices
Negotiate & Close: Lead seller conversations, frame value, and present offers
Contract Prep: Draft FAR/BAR-approved contracts and other Real Estate documents
Team Collaboration: Share insights in weekly meetings and support overflow inquiries
