Job DescriptionWhat you’ll do:

• Answer incoming calls and messages
  
  
• Handle sales conversations in both English and Spanish
  
  
• Follow up with warm leads
  
  
• Help prepare quotes and send follow-up texts/emails
  
  
• Light office duties (data entry, posting ads, simple admin tasks)
  
  
• Basic marketing tasks such as posting ads or updating content
  
  

Pay Structure:

• Florida minimum wage paid weekly (draw against commission)
  
  
• Monthly commission payout: if your commissions exceed the draw, you get the difference
  
  
• No cap on earnings
  
  

Requirements:

• 1 year of phone sales experience
  
  
• Fluent in English and Spanish
  
  
• Clear, friendly communication
  
  
• Basic computer skills
  
  
• Reliable, organized, and comfortable talking to customers
