Job Description

Join Pride Health as a HR Service Center Representative at Chicago, IL! This is a 3 months contract role offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment.


Role: HR Service Center Representative

Location: 4151C E Fowler Avenue, Tampa, FL 33617

Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40 hours

Start Date: ASAP


Pay Highlights: $17-19/hour (Based on years of experience)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle high volume of incoming calls in a call center environment.
  • Evaluate and respond to employee inquiries in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Review and interpret employee data to resolve routine HR issues.
  • Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 Service Center Representatives or Supervisors.
  • Document all interactions in the Case Management System.
  • Provide education and guidance about HR tools and resources.
  • Enter, scan, and retrieve employee data in HRIS while ensuring accuracy.
  • Maintain confidential centralized employee files.
  • Adhere to all privacy, confidentiality, and compliance standards.
  • Deliver courteous, efficient, and professional service to all callers.
  • Perform other HR-related administrative tasks as assigned.


Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience: 1–2 years in HR administration and/or call center environment.


Note: Local candidates within 30 miles are eligible.


*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credit.
