Requirements
- 3+ years of outside sales and/or cold calling experience essential
- Candidates with military experience, college graduates, or individuals who demonstrate strong discipline, accountability, and adaptability are highly encouraged to apply.
- Roofing sales experience is a strong plus, but not required
- Strong work ethic and a solutions-focused mindset – Problem Solvers not complainers
