Fast growing Multi unit restaurant chain is seeking an Executive chef/Operations Director to over see BOH Operations. Ensure all procedures are followed to company standards. Responsibilities include but not limited to Recruiting, training and conduct employees evaluations. Implement SOP and ensure all health regulations are followed.
This position requires that line work is mandatory.
You must have extensive Brunch experience.
