Mark Kaufman Roofing is seeking a driven, outgoing, and confident Residential Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this face-to-face role, you will canvas local neighborhoods, generate leads, and educate homeowners on our high-quality roofing solutions. Youll be the first point of contactmaking a strong first impression and building trust that leads to sales.

What Youll Do:

• Knock on residential doors in assigned territories to introduce Mark Kaufman Roofings services
• Educate homeowners on roofing needs, storm damage, and the value of our roofing systems
• Set appointments and follow up to convert leads into inspections and sales
• Track daily activity and results using our CRM system
• Represent the company professionally and respectfully at all times
• Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation and sales goals

• Selling: Present products or services to customers, and help them make the right buying decision
• Building relationships: Maintain relationships with existing clients and build trust with new prospects
• Generating leads: Identify potential customers, and reach out to them through various channels
• Negotiating: Use persuasion techniques to overcome objections and close deals
• Following up: Follow up with prospects after initial contact
• Participating in meetings: Attend company meetings with sales managers and other representatives

What Were Looking For:

• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated with a competitive drive
• Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet
• Prior sales or customer service experience (door-to-door or field sales is a plus)
• Roofing or home improvement knowledge is helpful, but well train the right person
