Job Title: Automotive Biller

Pay Rate: $22–$24/hour (based on experience)

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Automotive Biller for a contract-to-hire opportunity at a busy dealership in Delray Beach. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts receivable and billing, with hands-on experience using CDK software. This role is essential to ensuring accurate and timely processing of vehicle sales and financial documentation.
Key Responsibilities

Process billing for new and used vehicle sales, including wholesale and dealer trades

Post vehicle sales transactions and verify deal paperwork for accuracy

Submit and track funding packages to financial institutions

Reconcile schedules and resolve billing discrepancies

Maintain accurate records of all billing and AR transactions

Collaborate with sales, finance, and title departments to ensure smooth deal flow

Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in an automotive dealership billing or AR role

Proficiency in CDK (Dealer Management System) is required

Strong understanding of motor vehicle retail operations

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

High school diploma or equivalent; additional accounting or business coursework is a plus
Preferred Qualifications

Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Experience with title work or DMV processes
