Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customs Import Coordinator located in Hialeah Gardens, FL. The Customs Import Coordinator will be responsible for managing customs brokerage processes, handling import documentation, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with ocean freight carriers, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining clear and effective communication with clients and internal teams. The role involves both on-site work at the Hialeah Gardens office and potential remote work from home one day a week.
Qualifications
- Experience in Customs Brokerage and Import processes
- Ocean freight coordination skills
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to ensure regulatory compliance
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment
- Proficiency in using logistics software and tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
