TampaPrinter.com is a busy, full-service print and sign shop looking for an experienced Graphic Designe/Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This is an in-person role assisting customers both in-store and over the phone with quotes, orders, and general questions while also creating creating print-ready files for a wide range of products including business cards, brochures, signage, banners and similar items.


Responsibilities:


  • Design and prepare artwork for print and wide-format output
  • Create mockups and client proofs for approval
  • Follow brand guidelines and print specifications
  • Communicate directly with customers when needed to finalize designs
  • Work collaboratively with our production and sales teams to meet tight deadlines
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining quality and accuracy
  • Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email
  • Provide quotes, take orders, and guide customers through the production process
  • Review artwork and ensure jobs are entered accurately into the system
  • Communicate with production and design teams to ensure the timely completion of orders
  • Maintain a positive, professional attitude in a customer-focused environment


Requirements:


  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, and print production
  • 2+ years of experience in a print or sign shop environment
  • Ability to prepare clean, print-ready files with bleeds, crops, and proper resolution
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn new processes
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
  • Working knowledge of common print products and terminology
  • Experience with job ticketing, proof approvals, and general order workflow

Bonus Skills:


  • Knowledge of wide-format printers and RIP software
  • Familiarity with sign industry materials and specs
