As an inbound calls licensed medicare health insurance sales rep, you'll guide clients through medicare enrollment, explain benefits, answer questions, and help them choose the best health plan, while ensuring compliance and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inbound Call Handling: Answer calls from potential clients seeking information about health insurance plans.
  • Client Consultations: Conduct comprehensive consultations with medicare clients to understand their healthcare needs and explain medicare options.
  • Product Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of medicare health insurance plans, including different plan types, coverage details, and eligibility requirements.
  • Enrollment Process: Guide clients through the medicare enrollment process, ensuring accurate and efficient completion of all necessary paperwork.
  • Compliance: Adhere to all medicare guidelines and regulations throughout the sales process.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client questions and concerns with patience and professionalism.
  • Sales and Closing: Identify client needs, present appropriate medicare health insurance plans, and assist clients in making informed decisions.
  • Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and enrollments.

Qualifications:

  • Licensing: Hold a valid and current health insurance agent license (2-40 or 2-15).
  • Experience: Proven experience selling health insurance plans, preferably with experience in the medicare marketplace.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex information to clients.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of medicare health insurance plans and the enrollment process.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in using computer systems and software for client management and enrollment.
  • Motivation: Be a motivated self-starter with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Adaptability: Be willing and able to learn and adapt to changes in the medicare marketplace and company policies.
  • Training: Completion of the company's medicare training program.

An Active Health License (2-15, 2-20, 2-40) with at least six months of experience selling health insurance

*Must be authorized to work in the United States.

*Must have reliable transportation to and from our Pompano Beach, FL office

Compensation:

  • Top agents make over $2,000 weekly, with significantly higher earnings during open enrollment.
  • A base of $600/ week to help you get started, ensuring at least $600 in weekly earnings if hired.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: $600.00 - $2,000 per week

Supplemental pay types:

Base Pay + Commission pay + Bonus opportunities

Weekly Day Range:Monday to Friday

Work setting: Office/ Call Center
