Job Overview


The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic consultant to leadership on people-related matters, aligning business objectives with HR strategies. The HRBP acts as a trusted advisor and advocate, offering guidance on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, employee engagement, and performance management.

This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring a proactive and solutions-oriented approach to HR in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Job Responsibilities:


Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals

Coach managers and employees on performance management, employee relations, and development

Identify and address people challenges through data-driven insights and HR best practices

Lead or support employee engagement initiatives, diversity and inclusion efforts, and culture development

Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, L&D, Compensation, etc.) to deliver full-spectrum HR support

Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies

Support organizational design, change management, and succession planning initiatives

Manage complex employee relations issues and investigations

Facilitate workforce planning and talent reviews to drive team growth and capability

The experience youll bring:


Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (HR Certification preferred)

35 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in retail or wireless

Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR practices

Proven ability to influence and build relationships with leaders at all levels

Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience working in a matrixed or multi-site organization a plus
