Location: Grand Villa Senior Living of Deerfield Beach


Job Type: Full-Time (Monday through Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM, with 1 weekend day each month)


Job Summary:

Grand Villa Senior Living of Deerfield Beach is seeking a qualified Resident Administrative Coordinator to join our dedicated care staff team. This role is essential in providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our resident care services.


Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee administrative functions related to resident care

- Collaborate with care staff to ensure high-quality service delivery

- Maintain accurate resident records and documentation

- Assist in coordinating resident care plans and services

- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff

- Support compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies


Qualifications:

- Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or a certified Medication Technician (Med Tech)

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Proficient in using computer systems and software for documentation

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment


Compensation:

- This is a salaried position, with compensation based on experience and education.
