Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee all bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) operations.
• Utilize QuickBooks software to record, track, and reconcile financial transactions.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial records.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making processes.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to address financial discrepancies and provide necessary reports.
• Monitor and manage cash flow to maintain smooth business operations.
• Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation as required.
• Identify opportunities for improving financial processes and contribute to their implementation.• Proven experience in full charge bookkeeping, preferably in a similar role.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks software and other relevant financial tools.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.
• Demonstrated ability to perform accurate bank reconciliations.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
