Role at a glance

  • Execute recipes and plate dishes on time while upholding our quality benchmarks.
  • Keep stations and shared kitchen areas spotless and well organized.
  • Support inventory efforts and follow correct storage, labeling, and rotation.
  • Work in sync with fellow cooks and support teammates during service.
  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards to protect guests and staff.
