Job Summary:
The primary function of this position is to secure and grow donations for Teen Challenge SuperThrift stores

Essential Job Functions:
Develop and Maintain Donor Relationships:
Actively seek out and develop relationships in the community that will be beneficial for acquiring
donations for Teen Challenge Super Thrift stores. Organize and implement donor growth projects
Generate ideas for donor growth strategies in the community
Partner with local Teen Challenge programs for outreach and promotional projects
Coordinate donor growth activities with local store managers
Have the ability to operate the stores Google Calendars as they are used for the routing and scheduling
of the trucks and for real time planning and scheduling of donation receiving
Coordinate with store managers on truck dispatch schedules for donation acquisition
Work with drivers for the purpose of troubleshooting donation receiving issues on the spot as they
occur
Adheres to Teen Challenge’s mission, vision, and core values to ensure that the highest level of
customer service is being met.

Maintain Teen Challenge Vehicle:
Maintain daily trip log with recorded dates, destinations and mileage
Perform weekly vehicle maintenance checks as per TC Maintenance Checklist and keep accurate logs of
performance checks; Responsible for vehicle maintenance, repairs and keeping records of said repairs.
Responsible for Fuelman Gas card, maintaining receipts and submitting to Corporate as requested
Provide current content from the local community and Teen Challenge program for use in Social Media
projects; Aid in the development of SuperThrift donation growth and marketing strategies
May perform other tasks as assigned by management
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. Ability to be on your feet walking or standing for extended periods
of time. Ability to work in hot humid conditions.
