SCHEDULE AND AVAILABILITY:
This is a hybrid position working 50% on-site. The role is 4 days a week, working 25-30 hours per week, depending upon the current workload. The employee may be asked to support outreach events taking place outside of the normal working hours.
OVERVIEW:
FFT is interviewing for a talented Coordinator with a passion for all things digital and a knack for attention to detail, good leadership skills, and solid communication and organization skills. Experience implementing and managing successful digital programs in a fast-paced environment is a must-have. A strong understanding of project management is crucial, with a focus on social media content, website management, and email marketing. Candidates must have proven experience with established brand standards, content creation, campaigns, communication, and graphics. Candidates must be passionate about our mission and programs serving food-insecure children in Walton and Okaloosa Counties.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Execute a weekly social media schedule, meeting the goals and priorities of the organization.

Manage website content daily, weekly, keeping content current, accurate, and effective.

Execute monthly email blasts for campaigns and newsletters that meet the goals and priorities of the organization.

Create content onsite or in the field during program & outreach activities

Measure outcomes and impacts of campaigns relative to the anticipated outcomes.

Work content must align with the brand and reflect our mission, vision, and values

Submit work in advance for review and edits.

Participate in planning meetings and work review sessions.

Adjust work content to achieve campaign / organizational goals
-
Learn and adjust to software updates, changes, and functionality
-
Maintain up-to-date contact lists for outreach and campaigns
-
Maintain social media platforms
CONDITIONS OF WORK:
While performing the duties of this position, the employee may be exposed to the elements, including wet and/or humid conditions, extreme heat, and rain. This position requires travel within the service areas of the organization and requires the
employee to regularly drive a company vehicle. Employees are frequently required to climb, sit, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Employees must regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.

The organization has grown to meet the ever-changing needs of the community and currently provides weekly access to food to 3,600 food-insecure school-aged children across 36 school locations.
