Contracted through Year-End Target Onboard: August

Compensation & Logistics

  • Pay: $24.86/hour
  • Variable support: Fuel reimbursement (tracked by mileage), monthly internet & cell phone allowance (approx. $50), company-provided laptop and iPad
  • Coverage: ~35 assigned stores (Publix, 7Eleven, Key Foods) with a provided route
  • Schedule: MondayFriday, early starts (store visits beginning by 7:00 AM)

Job Summary

You will be the in-market face of the brand in the Miami area, responsible for driving distribution, merchandising, and sales growth across a portfolio of approximately 35 grocery accounts. Working directly in stores, youll ensure products are properly stocked, displayed, and optimized to capture incremental sales while building strong relationships with store personnel. Fluency in both Spanish and English is mandatory to effectively engage with diverse store teams and regional leadership.

Key Responsibilities

In-Store Execution

  • Visit assigned stores weekly to audit product presence, merchandising, and inventory levels.
  • Ensure all approved items are on shelf, replenished, and merchandised per planogram standards.
  • Assist with shelf layout execution and resets to enhance product visibility and performance.
  • Rotate inventory to maintain freshness and compliance with best-practice handling.
  • Place in-store promotional materials (IRCs, POS signage) and ensure they remain live and accurate.
  • Identify and fill product gaps; work with store dairy/grocery managers to expand placement and shelf space.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and retail-ready shelf sets.
  • Serve as the primary operational contact in stores for dairy and yogurt category execution.

Customer & Internal Collaboration

  • Develop and sustain strong relationships with store-level and regional leadership to align on objectives and drive joint success.
  • Capture and relay field insights, competitive observations, and opportunity areas back to the internal team for strategic follow-up.
  • Proactively identify and escalate issues that could impact availability, display compliance, or sales performance.

Qualifications

  • Must be bilingual in Spanish and English (verbal and written fluency).
  • Bachelors degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field).
  • Retail, grocery, or field sales experience strongly preferred.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication, time management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently and manage a multi-store route.
  • Reliable transportation required; daily travel to stores expected.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
  • Comfortable starting store visits by 7:00 AM, Monday through Friday.
