We are currently seeking Warehouse Associates to join our Clearwater, FL team. As a Warehouse Associate at PELLON, you will play a critical role in receiving, storing, and preparing materials for shipment, ensuring products are handled safely and efficiently. This role is hands-on and essential to keeping our operations running smoothly, providing an opportunity to contribute to a company that values teamwork, attention to detail, and operational excellence.
Duties include:
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure safe and efficient production.
- Perform routine inspections and quality checks on products before packaging or shipment.
- Assist with setup, adjustments, and changeovers of production machinery.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report malfunctions to supervisors or maintenance.
- Accurately record production data, including output counts, downtime, and material usage.
- Load & unload products from trucks & containers efficiently & safely.
- Manage inventory by tracking incoming & outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate records.
- Receiving, labeling, & storing incoming shipments
- Follow OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular inspections of warehouse equipment to ensure proper functioning & report any mechanical issues.
- Inspect products for defaults or damages.
- Keeping records of inventory & accurately picking inventory for packing & assembly.
- Assist in heavy lifting & materials handling as required during daily operations.
- Organize warehouse space as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals while maintaining quality.
*Requirements*
- 1–2 years of prior warehouse experience required; manufacturing experience preferred but not required
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift.
- Communication skills & the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Must be able to adhere to safety protocols & guidelines at all times.
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screen.
Job Type: Full-time
