We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Administrative Assistant to provide professional, organized, and efficient support to our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision. This role involves managing daily office operations, assisting with communications, and ensuring smooth workflow within the department.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support including scheduling, email management, and document preparation.

Maintain and organize electronic and paper filing systems.

Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as requested.

Assist with data entry, record keeping, and database management.

Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Greet and assist visitors or callers professionally.

Manage office supplies and inventory; place orders as needed.

Support team members with various administrative and operational tasks.

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Part-Time Mon-Fri 8am-12pm or 12pm-4pm
Compensation up to $21 DOE
