Regional Sales Manager - Southeast
This is a full-time hybrid position for a Regional Manager - Southeast, based in Miami/Fort Lauderdale area, with flexibility for remote work. Responsible for driving commercial sales growth with waterproofing, roofing, and restoration contractors, architects, specifiers, consultants, owners, and engineers. The individual will also support and work closely with our local distribution partners.
Responsibilities:
- Managing a sales team
- Collaborate with internal teams
- Works with the existing independent reps, contractors, and distribution networks
- Identifies and establishes relationships with new accounts
- Collaborates with team on business plan
- Visits jobsites to inspect application of materials
Qualifications:
- Technical sales expertise, with the ability to articulate complex product benefits and installation requirements
- 5 years sales experience in the building materials and, or architectural and design community, with a strong understanding of general construction processes, blueprints, and specifications
