About the Role

As an F&I Manager at Dyer, you will be responsible for helping customers secure vehicle financing and protection products that best meet their needs. You’ll ensure compliance with all regulations while maximizing profitability and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven success in an automotive F&I role (minimum 2 years preferred)
• Strong knowledge of finance and lease options, credit applications, and lending processes
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• High ethical standards and attention to compliance
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• CDK or comparable DMS experience preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Present finance and insurance programs to customers in a transparent and consultative manner
• Secure financing through a variety of lending sources
• Accurately prepare all F&I documentation and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws
• Offer extended warranties, maintenance plans, GAP, and other protection products
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions from sale to finance
• Maintain an organized and compliant F&I process with attention to every detail

• Schedule: Full-time, 5 day work week includes Saturdays (closed Sundays) - and one weekday off
