The Gulf Coast Village Campus is part of Volunteers of America National Services which serves as the Housing and Healthcare affiliate of the Volunteers of America parent organization.
Schedule - Monday thru Friday, 8am to 5pm
Base plus Commission role!

POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for marketing and growth of Senior Choice at Home Aging in Place program. Also responsible for marketing other product lines in our footprint: Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Support, Skilled Nursing, Home Health, Home Care and Outpatient Therapy. Acts as a liaison with the local businesses, healthcare community, and potential clients for the purpose of developing and maintaining new members and residents. Develops referral source relationships and to achieve and sustain the quality and quantity of leads and referrals to the community to achieve established occupancy goals.
QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Experience with business to business relationship development and sales development within the medical or healthcare field.
- Prior experience preferred in sales and marketing in a healthcare environment.
- Proven ability to develop referral
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Identifies and markets to potential members for Senior Choice at Home program
- Identifies professional referral sources and key decision makers in the primary and secondary markets
- Pre-qualifies referral sources to determine their ability to send qualified leads to the
- Visits and conducts presentations to area referral sources and key decision makers. Establishes and maintains professional relationships so that they will be comfortable referring their contacts to the
- Develops a formal relationship-marketing plan in conjunction with the Home Health Administrator. The plan will define “priority accounts” in the primary and secondary market, establish referral goals, and determine the sales activity necessary to maintain these
- Maintains accurate, complete, and up-to-date Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database of professional contacts to measure community relations’ efforts, according to guidelines established by the Home Health
