Job DescriptionIndustrial Shadeports Inc. is looking for a High Performance, Self Starting, Sales & Marketing Administrator with excellent communication and customer service skills and the ability to ensure the smooth and efficient daily operations of our Sales & Marketing Team. This role provides support by coordinating various bid services, the proposal log, handover process & providing marketing coordination.
Industrial Shadeports Inc., established in 1993, manufactures and provides easy to install, custom designed and architecturally pleasing shade structures. Our primary markets are playgrounds, parking, etc. Check out our website at www.shadeports.com to see examples of our work.
Requirements:Sales Admin experience: 2-3 years Custom products experience: 2-3 yearsConstruction Experience: 2-3 years minimum Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to learn in a fast paced, dynamic environmentSelf-Starter with a positive attitudeLanguage: Fluent English (Required), Spanish helpful.Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. (We use E-Verify).Successful completion of pre-employment screening and drivers license check.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Marketing Administrative Support: Managing and Maintaining Visibility of Bid & Trade Show calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments, handling correspondence, and maintaining sales records.
  • Sales & Marketing Operations: Proposal Log management & organization. Assume responsibility for the various websites and programs used in the department. Prioritize responses & activity.
  • Communication: Serving as a point of contact for the Sales & Marketing Department, fielding phone calls, and ensuring smooth communication within the department as well as with customers.
  • Time management: Use time management skills to help the team stay on track.
  • Document management: Maintain Sales & Marketing sections of the company shared drive.
  • Contract management: Assist with the preparation and execution of Handover meetings with Operations.
  • Event Coordination: Planning and coordinating office events and activities.
