About the Role – What is a Customer Support Manager?
A Customer Support Manager oversees the customer service department, ensuring clients receive outstanding support and solutions to their needs. This role involves leading a team, optimizing support processes, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. The Customer Support Manager acts as the bridge between customers and the company, making sure feedback is addressed and service standards are consistently met.
Responsibilities
