Arch Global Advisors is seeking a Junior Associate to join our team in the financial

services industry. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a strong work ethic, a

passion for finance, and a long-term vision of growing into a Financial Advisor.

Responsibilities:

 Support senior advisors in client relationship management and portfolio analysis

 Prepare reports, presentations, and financial plans for client meetings

 Assist with operational tasks, account maintenance, and compliance

requirements

 Engage in business development initiatives and client outreach

 Work toward obtaining the necessary licenses and certifications if not already

held

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field

 2+ years experience in wealth management preferred

 Series 7, SIE, and 66 licenses preferred (or willingness to obtain)

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

 A self-starter with a commitment to professional growth in the industry
