Job Title: Executive Assistant to CEO (All tasks including: Marketing, Events, & Operations)
Location: Miami, FL (Office, and On-Site Errands)
Job Type: Part-Time (~80 hours/month) | Flexible Hours | Dynamic Environment
Overview:
We’re hiring a proactive and creative Executive Assistant to work directly with the CEO of a fast-growing sports and lifestyle company. This role goes far beyond typical admin work — you’ll be involved in marketing, event coordination, operations, and business development. We’re looking for someone who can take initiative, contribute new ideas, and bring structure to a high-energy environment.
Approximate Commitment:
~ around 80 hours per month, with a mix of remote work, in-person tasks, and flexible hours based on need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creative & Marketing Support
- Help design and implement social media content (Instagram posts, reels, flyers, videos)
- Support branding and digital campaigns
- Contribute new ideas to improve engagement and reach
- Event Coordination
- Plan and manage events, meetups, and special activations
- Coordinate logistics, vendors, and promotion
- Be on-site to ensure smooth execution
- Website & Tech
- Make basic updates to the website (WordPress or similar)
- Assist with software tools (booking platforms, CRM, etc.)
- Client & Operations Management
- Communicate with clients (email, phone, WhatsApp)
- Organize calendars, schedules, and internal systems
- Support with invoicing, reports, and vendor coordination
- Admin & On-the-Ground Support
- Run errands (pick up supplies, visit sites)
- Help manage inventory or equipment
- Assist with daily needs to keep operations moving
- Assit coaches in any daily needs
Requirements:
- Self-starter who brings creative solutions — not just task follow-through
- Highly organized, efficient, and dependable
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficient in Canva, Google Drive, and social media tools
- Comfortable with tech platforms and learning new systems
- Driver’s license and flexibility to travel locally
- Authorized to work in the U.S.

- Fluent in English (Spanish a plus)
