Sensa acai & smoothie bar is seeking a motivated team member to join our team in a customer-focused environment. The team member will play a key role in ensuring the acai & smoothie bar is fully prepared to welcome guests each shift. This position involves a variety of tasks that contribute to an exceptional customer experience, including preparing fresh ingredients, maintaining a clean and inviting space, and supporting daily sales initiatives.
Duties
- Keep the store clean and prepare the smoothie bar for daily operations, ensuring all areas are clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Oversee the preparation and stocking of fresh ingredients, toppings, and beverages to maintain quality and consistency.
- Operate the POS system for customer transactions, ensuring accurate cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to enhance customer engagement and promote sales of smoothies, bowls, and other menu items.
- Assist guests with inquiries, offering friendly and attentive service throughout their visit.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding inventory levels, customer feedback, and operational needs.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in the food service industry (e.g. restaurant, hotel, etc.)
- Experience in making smoothies and/or acais is preferred.
- Passionate about providing excellent customer service.
- Fun and outgoing attitude!
- Restock stations and keep them clean and organized.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- May stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
